These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Roobet casino platform available at roobet.ph ("the Platform"). By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

To register and use Roobet, you must be at least 21 years of age (in accordance with PAGCOR regulations for the Philippines), a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal, not a current employee, director, or contractor of Roobet or its affiliates, and not subject to any self-exclusion programme. Roobet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate and current information during registration. Roobet reserves the right to close accounts with false or outdated information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is ₱100 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times: crypto within 30 minutes; GCash within 1 hour; bank transfer 1–3 business days. Roobet may request additional documentation for withdrawals over ₱50,000. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to a 30× wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Roobet reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is ₱500 per round.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds: using bots, scripts, or automated software; collusion with other players; exploiting software errors or glitches; money laundering or fraudulent deposits; using stolen payment methods; abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated play; and any activity that constitutes fraud or cheating.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Roobet platform, including game software, graphics, trademarks, and Roobet Originals, are the intellectual property of Roobet or its licensors. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roobet is not liable for losses resulting from player negligence, internet connection issues, device malfunctions, force majeure events, or actions by third-party payment providers. Roobet's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes arising from gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. For unresolved disputes, contact [email protected]. Players may escalate to PAGCOR at pagcor.ph.

9. Changes to Terms

Roobet may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
