Betting Rules

These Betting Rules govern all wagering activity on the Roobet platform, including casino games, sports betting, and Roobet Originals. By placing a bet or wager on Roobet, you agree to these rules. These rules supplement our full Terms & Conditions.
1. General Betting Rules
All bets are final once confirmed. Players must ensure sufficient balance before placing any bet. Roobet reserves the right to void bets placed in error or that exploit system glitches. The minimum bet across casino games is ₱1. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
2. Casino Game Rules
Slots
All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed game studios (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, etc.). RTP values displayed are theoretical long-term returns. Each spin is independent — past results do not influence future outcomes.
Live Casino
Live casino games are streamed in real-time from certified studios. Bets must be placed within the designated betting window. Once the dealer announces "no more bets", no additional wagers are accepted. Technical disconnections during a hand: bets already placed stand and results are determined by game completion.
Roobet Originals (Crash, Dice, Limbo)
Roobet Originals use a provably fair algorithm. Players can verify the fairness of each round using the seed hash system in their game history. Crash: your bet cashes out at the multiplier active when you press Cash Out, or you lose if the game crashes before you act.
3. Sports Betting Rules
Sports bets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies. Live betting odds may be suspended without notice during play interruptions. Bets on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events are voided and stakes returned unless the event resumes within 48 hours. The minimum sports bet is ₱10.

Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation. Failure to complete wagering within this period results in bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
5. Void Bets & Refunds
Bets may be voided in cases of technical errors causing incorrect odds or payouts, game malfunctions preventing fair play, or clear system exploits. Voided bets have stakes returned to player balance. Roobet is not liable for losses resulting from player internet connection issues during live games.
6. Disputes
All bet disputes must be raised with Roobet support within 30 days of the event. Contact us at [email protected] or via live chat. Roobet's decision is final in all betting disputes not escalated to PAGCOR. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR at pagcor.ph.
